This site was set up in 2000 for the then fledgling Norfolk Biological Records Centre, based at Gressenhall Rural Life Museum, in the centre of Norfolk (UK) and run as part of the Norfok Museums Service.
Time passes, budgets cut, and Norfolk County Council, Department of Planning and Transportation have taken over the centre and re-branded it as the “Norfolk Biodiversity Information Service”.
